30th April 2008 The May magazine has now been despatched. If you have not received your magazine by 10th May please let us know.
The embargo date for Sales & Wants is 28th May.
The deadline for submissions by e-mail for the August magazine is 30th June, but please try to be as early as you can.
15th April 2008 Topsy-Turvy Day Conference. Saturday 16th August 2008. "The Enduring Appeal of Girls' School Stories".
There are still some places available for the day conference at the Victoria Rooms in Bristol, from 10:30 - 7:00pm on Saturday 16th August (with optional additional events on the Sunday).
It is supported by FOCS, Girls Gone By, and Folly, and its theme will be a celebration of girls' school stories.
We have several speakers on interesting topics including Hilary Clare and Sue Sims, as well as Ruth Jolly and Adrianne Fitzpatrick talking about editing the Chalet books for GGBP.
There will also be discussions / demonstrations / seminars etc, as well as a book sale and quizzes.
